The City

Global Telesourcing’s near-shore call center is located in Monterrey, Mexico.  The country’s third largest city, Monterrey has a metropolitan population approaching four million.

 

A short two-hour drive across the border from McAllen, Texas, Monterrey is perhaps most easily characterized by its constant and easy exchange with the United States.  Residents frequently travel to the U.S., where most have friends and family.  They watch U.S. television programs and shop at U.S. retail stores.

 

Monterrey is also home to Latin America’s most prestigious technical university—Tecnológico de Monterrey.  A dozen other institutions of higher learning stand nearby.  It houses a disproportionate number of highly educated, English-speaking citizens

 

Our Facility

Global Telesourcing’s facility is located in the Santa Maria section of Monterrey, minutes away from the city’s central business and entertainment districts.  It features 500 agent stations, on-site dining facility for employees, and sufficient parking to support our entire staff, as well as redundant power systems to ensure 100% availability.  Outstanding access to public transportation makes it highly accessible for employees and clients.

Getting There

Monterrey is easily reached by direct, non-stop flights from Houston, Dallas, San Antonio, Las Vegas, Chicago, Los Angeles, New York, Detroit, and Atlanta.  For clients in the East, Central, and Mountain time zones, a morning departure puts representatives in our call center by lunchtime.  West Coast travelers can be there in time for an afternoon meeting.

 

The city boasts great hotels, shopping, and restaurants, so an overnight or multi-day stay for a tour, training, or program oversight can be paired with enjoyable evenings in this dynamic cultural center.
