Bill Colton—President
Bill Colton has more than 15 years of call center experience in nearly all areas of operations and management. During his career, Colton has served as a phone agent, floor supervisor, operations manager, and call center owner. As President of Global Telesourcing, Colton provides strategic vision and overall management for the company.
Prior to establishing Global Telesourcing, Colton founded, launched and served as Managing Director for the Latin American division of Optima Direct, then the world’s largest direct marketing agency focused on call center services. During a 24-month period, Colton established operations in 12 countries in Central and South America, managing sales and customer service campaigns for clients such as Citibank, Microsoft, BellSouth, Roche, and IBM.
